Rental only includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Downstairs bedroom is locked. If you're looking to use the 4th bedroom, please note an additional fee of $50 applies per night.

Martin Luther King Day & Weekend (Holiday): $349.00 per night
Bank Slalom (Event): $599.00 per night
Memorial Day & Weekend (Holiday): $399.00 per night
Thanksgiving & Weekend (Holiday): $399.00 per night
Labor Day Weekend (Holiday - 4 night minimum): $399.00 per night
4th of July Weekend (Holiday - 3 night minimum): $399.00 per night
Christmas/New Years
Holiday rates start 10 days before Christmas and run through January 2.
Christmas: $499.00 per night
New Years: $499.00 per night
Additional Fees:
$25.00 per night, per person, for each person over the listed amount that the unit sleeps.
$95.00 cleaning fee applies to 2 nights or more.
Note: Special permission for additional occupants from Mt Baker Luxury Rentals must be obtained prior to booking.
$10.00 per night, per pet.
