The shuksan
The Shuksan is a STUNNING Whistler inspired chalet, boasting nearly 2000sq ft, over two luxurious levels, plus an additional 400 square feet of private, covered patio space, and private picnic/campfire area for you to enjoy with friends and family. Located in the gated community of Snowline, we are tucked back in a private, quiet, area near National Forest and trails.
INSIDE, you can cozy up to the river rock wood burning fireplace, read a book on the deluxe reclining leather furniture, take in a movie on the 42” Plasma TV with DVD collection, craft a meal in the large gourmet kitchen. For fun, play a game around the spacious dining room table, or enjoy a game of pool in your own custom billiards room. Make sure to bring along your ipod and you’ll be listening to your favorite music throughout the cabin on the custom sound system.
OUTSIDE, under your private covered patio, you can relax in the private deluxe jacuzzi while listening to your favorite music on the sound system, BBQ on gas grill, or enjoy nature from one of your two personal outdoor picnic areas. We’ve ensured our guests will enjoy their stay rain, snow, and shine!
Why The Shuksan?In addition to the stunning views, exquisite decor, and the finest in finishes and features, the private camp fire and picnic area located a few steps from the cabin adds a whole new dimension to your experience at Mt Baker. This private area sits up above the cabin, surrounded by nature, with stunning mountain views, designed to allow our guests to enjoy nature without having to leave the cabin! Summer is coming and wev’e ensured there is lots to do outside as well as inside! This feature is unique only to the Shuksan!
